InsightOut uses the Enneagram to help you see your patterns clearly, loosen their grip, and release more of your presence into your coaching. It’s not more tools or techniques—it’s a real-time lab for uncovering greater range, choice, and embodied presence as you coach.
How InsightOut Works
Over the years we’ve found there’s no substitute for live coaching interactions when doing transformational work. We offer two engaging, interactive ways for you to liberate your presence and dial up your coaching using the Enneagram.
One-On-One Typing Deep Dive
In this 2-session journey, you’ll work with an expert Enneagram coach to uncover or affirm your Enneagram type, explore how your type influences your coaching, and learn the more nuanced aspects of the Enneagram you can use to expand your presence and range. You’ll receive a detailed, personalized type report with development ideas co-created with your coach.
Group Coaching Circles
This 6-session, immersive group coaching experience invites you to use the Enneagram to notice the subtle patterns that quietly narrow your presence. Through live coaching, honest reflection, and shared insight, you’ll loosen automatic habits, expand your range and choice, and show up with more ease, responsiveness, and impact in every coaching conversation.

Monique Breault
Monique has been coaching for 30+ years and has been using the Enneagram with clients since 2012. Monique is a Type 9 Peacemaker and as such, she naturally understands the perspectives of all Enneagram Types. Monique brings a calm, grounded presence that opens up space for all voices to feel seen and heard.
Cai Delumpa
Cai has been coaching for the past 8 years, having worked in industry in various leadership roles for the previous 22+. Cai learned about the Enneagram from Monique (they’re married, by the way) and fully owns his Enneagram Type 7 Enthusiast. Cai brings joy and energy into the space that helps people create possibilities.
